You do not need your own IT department. We take care of analysis, development and operation and work with the software you already use. If a program has no interface, an AI agent can operate it through its user interface. How that works

Is AI worthwhile for small businesses too?
Yes, if there is a process that recurs regularly and ties up time, such as quotes, invoices or enquiries. What matters is not the number of employees but a clear process and a responsible contact person.
What does AI cost for an SME?
It depends on the scope of the process, the systems, the data and the operating model. After the first conversation you receive a quote for a clearly defined first step.
Do we need our own IT specialists?
No. We take care of analysis, development and operation. From you we need one person who knows the process and checks the results.
What is the difference between a chatbot and an AI agent?
A chatbot answers questions. An AI agent completes tasks over several steps: for example, it reads an email, enters the data into your system and presents the result for approval.
What happens to our data?
If you wish, we run AI models locally at your site or in a European data centre. With the AIROS Gateway we also check what goes to external AI services before it leaves your business.
