What is AI automation?
AI automation means that an AI agent takes over recurring processes over several steps: it reads emails or documents, understands the content, enters data into your systems and presents results for approval.
How does it differ from classic automation or RPA?
Classic automation and RPA follow fixed rules and need consistent input. AI automation also understands informal emails, varying documents and exceptions, and reports when something is unclear.
Which processes are suitable?
Processes that recur regularly, take up time and involve texts, emails or documents, such as invoices, orders, enquiries or filing. It is important to have a person who knows the process well.
What does AI automation cost?
