Who we are
AI READY was founded in Graz in 2026. We help businesses integrate artificial intelligence into everyday work in a useful and practical way – as a long-term transformation partner, not merely an external service provider.
Our focus is on medium-sized businesses and organisations in Southern Austria. We combine deep technical expertise with a clear understanding of how businesses actually operate.

AI READY is supported by an interdisciplinary network of AI specialists, software architects and business experts – short paths, high implementation speed and strong regional roots.
Our network brings together specialists in artificial intelligence, software development, data architecture and management consulting. Most have worked intensively with AI technologies since university, combining deep technological understanding with practical experience in modern AI solutions.
Alongside specialised AI developers, software architects and integration experts, our network contributes practical experience in management, cost, project, quality and process management as well as business-process and KPI systems.
This connects technical implementation with a clear understanding of operational efficiency and strategic business goals.
