AI READY was founded in Graz in 2026, and we support companies in integrating artificial intelligence into their day-to-day work in a practical and meaningful way — as a long-term transformation partner, not just as an external service provider.
Our focus is on medium-sized businesses and organisations in the Southern Austria region. We combine solid technical expertise with a clear understanding of how companies actually operate.

Behind AI READY stands an interdisciplinary network of AI specialists, software architects and business experts — short paths, fast execution, regionally rooted.
Our expert network combines specialists from artificial intelligence, software development, data architecture and business consulting. Most of our specialists have been working intensively with AI technologies since the start of their studies, giving them deep technical understanding and hands-on experience in building modern AI solutions.
Alongside highly specialised AI developers, software architects and integration experts, our network also brings in solid business and entrepreneurial experience. This includes competencies in management, cost management, project management, quality management as well as process management, business process and KPI systems. We combine technological execution with a clear understanding of business operations, efficiency and strategic objectives.
The network is deliberately built to scale: for every task we tap exactly the specialists required for the use case at hand — from AI development and data structures to data security, cloud architectures, automation and strategic process optimisation. Projects can be flexibly extended and delivered across disciplines.
Many of our specialists have known each other for years through shared projects and university work. As a result, our expert environment has short coordination paths and high execution speed.
This network is complemented by experienced IT infrastructure and cloud specialists from the Southern Austria region as well as by access to technical experts and research contacts around TU Graz. We combine modern AI expertise with hands-on business, process and IT experience.
