This website is provided via Netlify. When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection data is processed so that the site can be delivered, secured and technically traced in the event of an error.

This data may include, in particular, the IP address, date and time of access, the file requested, browser information and referrer data, insofar as this is necessary for secure operation.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and stable provision of this website pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

If you contact us via the form or request the AI Quick Check, we process your details exclusively in order to review your request, get in touch with you and coordinate the next steps with you.

4. Service Providers Used

To handle your request, we use specific technical service providers. They process data only insofar as this is necessary for processing your contact inquiry.

Supabase

Your form data is stored in a database at Supabase so that inquiries can be processed and tracked in a structured manner.

Resend

In addition, a notification e-mail is triggered via Resend to AI READY Austria so that your inquiry can be reviewed and answered promptly.

Netlify

Netlify provides the website technically and processes the data required for hosting, delivery and operation.

5. Recipients and International Data Processing

Recipients of your data are only those entities required for hosting, form processing, data storage or e-mail notification. Where individual service providers process data outside the European Economic Area, this only takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards or other legally permissible data protection mechanisms.

6. Storage Period

We store your data only for as long as is necessary for processing your request, further communication, the preparation of a workshop or compliance with statutory retention obligations. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised in a data protection-compliant manner, unless there are legal grounds for further storage.

7. No Analytics or Marketing Tools

This website currently uses no analytics tools, no advertising trackers, no social media pixels and no other non-essential cookies. Therefore, no cookie banner and no separate cookie settings interface is currently displayed.

If tracking or marketing technologies are introduced in the future, this privacy policy will be amended accordingly and a suitable consent management system will be added.

This website currently does not embed any external maps, videos, tracking scripts or third-party fonts. External websites linked from this page are only accessed after an active click and are subject to the privacy policies of the respective operator.
